Our Story
H&M Surveying began with two people, and a vision to provide quality Survey Services to their clients. Jay and Dustin both started their careers in the South Carolina National Guard. There, they honed skills ideal for providing accurate data. Discipline, attention to detail, and scheduling; all of which play a vital role in providing quality products and services.

Jay started his career working for an established surveying company. That experience, coupled with his military experience transitioned to work with the South Carolina DOT for over seven years. Together, his experiences combine into unparalleled expertise.
Dustin J. Mills, CEO
Dustin started his career in civil engineering design. He has worked for over 26 years in the construction and engineering field. That experience, coupled with his military career gives him a unique perspective and exceptional attention to detail.
